Here is a preview of some of our favorite recipes. These are high-protein, low-sugar favorites that we love to enjoy. 

MORNING FUEL

Morning Fuel
Oatmeal with Berries

PROTEIN OATS

  • 1/4 Cup Sprouted Steel Cut or rolled Oats

  • 1 Scoop MindBodyGreen Vanilla Protein

  • 1 Tsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed

  • Califia Almond Milk

  • Optional: Dash of cinnamon and berries

Cook oats on stovetop according to package directions. Transfer oats to a bowl and mix in protein. Stir and top with cinnamon and berries. .

Cooking Eggs

EGG SCRAMBLE

  • 2 Organic pasture-raised eggs

  • Veggies of choice: tomatoes, arugula, spinach, broccoli, onion, etc.

  • Seasoning: dash of salt, pepper

  • Toppings: Feta cheese & avocado

  • 1 cup Organic spring mix

  • .5tbsp Organic cold-pressed olive oil

On a stovetop, heat pan with olive oil. Scramble eggs in a bowl and add to pan. Top with veggies and seasoning. You can either scramble this up or flip one side over the other to make an omelet. Lay on top of spring mix and top with feta and a few slices of avocado. .

Cup of Coffee

BEAUTY BREW

  • 1 Cup brewed coffee

  • 1 Scoop Paleovalley Protein

  • 2 Scoops Collagen Peptides (I use Vital Proteins)

  • 5g Creatine

  • Optional: Splash of milk

Brew coffee. Add ingredients to a blender or use a frother to mix. 

MOCKTAILS

Cocktail

ELDERBERRY MULE

  • 2 tsp Organic Elderberry Syrup

  • 5 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer. For less sugar, use sparkling water or half ginger beer and half sparkling water

  • Optional: top with fruit

Add ice to a whiskey or wine glass. Pour Elderberry syrup over ice. Top with Ginger Beer and stir.

Water Pitcher with Lemon and Mint_edited

MINT TEA

  • 10 bags of Green Tea

  • Mint leaves

  • Mixed fruit like berries and citrus ​

  • Optional: honey as sweeter

Brew tea in large pitcher. Add fruit and let sit to infuse. Serve with honey if needed.

Copy Cat Homemade Zevia Soda

Add ice to a glass. Add your Stevia drops and the cooled tea. Top with sparkling water and stir. Enjoy!

Tart Cranberry Mocktail

  • San Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral Water

  • 1 ounce pure cranberry​

  • Lime

 

Add ice to a glass. Add 1 ounce of cranberry juice. Fill the glass with sparkling water. Add lime to drink and rim of the glass. ​​

Mojito

Zin Fizz

  • San Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral Water

  • Lime

  • 1 Dropper Herb Pharm Ashwagandha tincture

  • 1 Dropper Herb Pharm Holy Basil tincture

Fill a glass with sparkling water. Add the tinctures and lime. Stir and enjoy. 

This drink is great for calming nerves and inflammation.

Poolside Punch

  • 1 ounce pineapple juice

  • 1 ounce orange juice

  • San Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral Water

  • Lime

  • Optional: frozen fruit

 

Add ice to a glass. Add 1 ounce of pineapple and orange juice. Fill the glass with sparkling water. Add lime to drink and rim of the glass. ​​

Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 2.5 lbs. boneless Organic pasture raised chicken breast

  • 1.5 cups Franks Red Hot

  • 1 cup Organic Greek yogurt

  • 8oz Organic cream cheese

  • 1 cup Organic mozzarella cheese

Add all items to a crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours. Shred chicken halfway through cooking time. Serve with Siete Tortilla Chips.

Stuffed Peppers

  • 6 Bell Peppers

  • 1 lb. Beef

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 cup Beef Bone Broth

  • 1 cup marinara or other pasta sauce

  • 1 cup parmesan

  • 1 cup mozzarella, plus more for topping

  • Spices: garlic clove, basil. red pepper flakes, oregano, 2 tsp salt

  • Olive Oil to drizzle

Preheat oven to 375. Slice peppers from stem to bottom and gut them. Boil in water for 8 minutes. Brown meat and add spices leaving out 1 tsp salt. Add rice, broth, cheese, and marinara to beef. Stir well. Position peppers on pan and stuff with beef mixture. Add mozzarella on top and sprinkle with salt and olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes. Then broil for 3 minutes.

Popcorn

Movie Night Popcorn

  • 1/4 cup non-GMO popcorn kernels

  • 1 tbsp Organic Thrive buttery coconut oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

In a silicon bowl add your kernels. Microwave for 3:15 or until there is a second or so between pops. While popping, melt coconut oil. Pour oil over popped popcorn and add salt. Shake well and enjoy with a movie!

Chocolate Truffles in Cup

Peppermint Balls

  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup crunchy almond/peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (I use Pascha 100% cacao)

  • 1/2 tsp pure peppermint extract

Mix all your dry ingredients together. Add in wet ingredients. Combine well and roll into 15 balls. 

Ice Cream Scoops

Protein Creami

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 2 scoops Protein of choice

  • Optional mix-ins: choc. chips, cookies, peppermint balls

Mix milk and protein and add to Creami cup. Freeze at least 12 hours. Add a splash of milk to top of frozen ice cream and blend. Add mix-ins and blend again.
